We use doctor information to review and manage listings. When you submit an appointment request, the relevant clinic receives the information needed to contact you. Appointment requests are not confirmed bookings.

What not to submit

Do not include symptoms, diagnoses, medical records, identity documents or other sensitive medical information in appointment request forms.

Access, security and retention

Access is restricted to authorized users for operational purposes. We use technical and organizational safeguards, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security. Records should be retained only as long as necessary for the stated purpose and applicable legal obligations.

Your choices and contact

For access, correction, deletion requests or privacy questions, contact the platform operator using the contact details published on the live website. Before launch, the operator must add a monitored contact email/phone and review this notice against applicable law.
